NurseWatch offers care to suit your individual requirements. Please find below a summary of fees for your unique care needs ranging from: Personal Care; Overnight Care; Live-In Care; and On-Call Care.
Please note Health Care Services do not attract GST.
PERSONAL CARE
2-4-hours consecutive
A minimum booking of 4-hours (continuous) is required for individual support of a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Standard Care Compassionaire.
A minimum booking of 2-hours (consecutive) is required for Health Concierge Clinicians. Prices are per hour and are detailed below:

OVERNIGHT CARE
12-hours consecutive
Sleepover Standard Care Compassionaire provide peace of mind for those in need or support overnight.
- A minimum 12-hours (consecutive) is required for Overnight Care
- Overnight staff must be provided with a separate bedroom as well as other suitable amenities.
- Overnight care staff must receive 8-hours sleep during an overnight shift, otherwise an hourly rate will apply for each time woken between the hours of 10.00pm and 6.00am
- The fee chart below assumes no night-waking.
- Higher levels of nursing care (Registered or Enrolled Nurses) will incur a higher rate
- An overnight sleepover booking must also include 4-hours of care prior to and/or following sleepover shift.

LIVE-IN CARE
24-hours consecutive
Standard Care Compassionaire stay in the client’s home for 3-4 days at a time, ensuring a caring presence is on-hand around-the-clock (24-hours).
- Carers can provide a maximum of 8-hours of active care per 24-hours. Must be carried out in no less than 2 x 4-hour blocks (cumulative)
- Live-in care staff should be provided with a separate bedroom, bathroom and all meals
- Live-in care staff must receive 8-hours sleep overnight, otherwise an hourly rate will apply for each time woken between the hours of 10.00pm and 6.00am
- The fee chart below assumes no night-waking
- Higher levels of nursing care (Registered or Enrolled Nurses) will incur a higher rate
- Use of staff member’s car to transport a client will be charged at $1.50 per km plus all applicable tolls and parking fees

ON-CALL CARE
1-hour minimum
Enabling clients to access immediate and professional NurseWatch guidance 24-hours a day.
- On call staff service allows for 2 phone calls within a 24-hour period, with the first phone call incurring a 2-hour charge.
- A service time of 1-hour or less will incur an hourly fee according to fee schedule, plus an additional $50.00 charge to cover any consultation, travel, and coordination costs.
- Higher levels of nursing care will incur a higher rate.
Note: Applicable only to Registered/Enrolled Nurses and Health Concierge Clinicians not available to Standard Care Compassionaires.

VIRTUAL HOSPITAL

NurseWatch has several arrangements with Health Funds as a hospital substitute provider.
Services include wound care, IV therapy, Rehabilitation, Palliative/Hospice Care.
Note: Applicable only to Registered/Enrolled Nurses and Health Concierge Clinicians not available to Standard Care Compassionaires except for Palliative/Hospice care.

PRIVATE CONSULTATION
To arrange a private consultation by the NurseWatch CEO Kate Spurway, please contact our office on 02 9331 3344 to discuss your requirements. Daily charge out fee is $2000.00 per day or $250.00 per hour weekdays.
PRIVATE CATERING
NurseWatch partners with a private catering company who are specialist in catering for food preferences. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
PRIVATE FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICE
NurseWatch has partnered with a selection of established organisations who can provide advice pertaining to financial, private wealth and advisory services.

- This service offering is conditional on you executing the Engagement Terms and any services offered under it are strictly subject to the Engagement Terms.
- Cancellation fees may apply – please refer to your Engagement Terms or ask your Health Concierge Clinician
- Live in care staff should be provided with a separate bathroom and all meals.
- NurseWatch recommends where possible the use of Taxi, UBER or OLA as a mode of transport. Otherwise, the use of staff member’s car to transport a client will be charged at $1.50 per km plus applicable tolls and parking fees. The client must pay for toll charges and/or parking fees on the day they are incurred. Care staff are unable to advance payment.
