Package includes eight-hour consecutive full-day professional care in the comfort of your own home.
Standard Care and In-home respite include:
- Assistance with household tasks- general tidy, changing and washing of bed linen only client’s bed, light
domestic duties (contact NurseWatch office to arrange a suitable time for review of extra domestic duties
including spring cleaning will require engagement of a broker, religious cleaning such as Passover and will be
discussed with staff at 3 monthly reviews) - Personal care, (2 nurses required if client requires the use of a hoist lifter)
- Social outings including booking, coordinating and attending as directed/required.
- Medication supervision (prepacked by pharmacist only not self-dispensed dosette box) with engagement of
Care Staff Compassionaire. - Medication Administration engagement of RN/EN/Holistic Health Care Clinician
- Attending, coordinating, arranging Medical Appointments and where appropriate briefing to all stakeholders.
(subject to execution of consent form) - Attendance at Emergency services, hospital stays and residential facilities.
- Management and cleaning of Hearing Aids, Glasses and shoe polishing.
- Management and cleaning of CPAP, Suction Machine and recording of data.
- Preparing and cooking of meals including cleaning up.
- Menu planning/Shopping of food/Management of Kitchen, household items, clothing and coordination of
household maintenance. - Coordination and management of Pharmacy order.
- Management of Continence, emptying and cleaning of commode, Stoma care including assessment.
- Management of clinical wearables including data recording, arrangement of emergency call devices.
- Management of daily dairy/calendar/Support with Administration.
- Clinical Assessments including Vital Signs: Blood pressure, Blood glucose, SpO2 monitoring (clinical wearables
extra fee purchase of equipment). - Food preparation and care gloves are not included in the fees and will be charged at cost price or provided by client.
